By leading three teams that test, sell and support Nintendo products she is uniquely positioned to drive the best customer experience.  She leads the software testing team to ensure Nintendo’s software is high quality and delivers “WOW’ game play.  She leads the eCommerce and New York Store teams to create memorable fan experiences.  And she leads the after-sale support teams where customer frowns are quickly turned back into smiles.

Kim Essensa
Customer Experience Manager

With a passion for the outdoors and the Northwest, Kim spent nearly 11 years with Jackson Hole Ski Resort with 8 of those as the Guest Services Manager. She joined Stio in mid-2018 as the Customer Experience Manager to drive the experience delivery for this emerging luxury outdoor clothing brand. Kim is also an avid gardener and skier.

Lawrence Morrisroe was raised in California and graduated from Gonzaga University in Spokane WA and Florence Italy.
Lawrence has worked for a variety of companies in the tech industry for the past 20 years including Canon, Yahoo!, RightNow, and Oracle. Recently, Lawrence took a position with Quiq Inc. as their Director of Product Marketing. A business messaging company originated in Bozeman, Mont. Lawrence’s role focuses on strategy, positioning and marketing content and drive strategies for field awareness, enablement, and customer success around Quiq’a portfolio.
In Lawrence’s free time he is also a private pilot and enjoys winter sports, travel and boating.
